She has been very professional yet friendly and caring, She has spent a lot of time with me on both my trips here before moving, giving me full attention and a good range of properties to visit on each occasion. Ultimately she managed to negotiate a great price for the property I have selected and she has assisted along the process in any possible way.

She has a great sense of intuition when it comes to finding that right comfortable home. She has great connections and is able to make quick turnarounds, taking away most of our stress! I also appreciated the fact that she went an extra mile to help us settle in to our new living environment. If you are looking for a good property manager, I would definitely recommend Apple. Always kind and thoughtful!

Ms Tao quickly identified our needs & preferences and was able to secure our preferred apartment. The contract and other documentation was handled in a speedy & professional manner. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We can highly recommend Thai property guide.

Ils sont de très bon conseil et prennent la rechere d'appertement avec toutes ses problèmatiques, écoles, métro, voies express....
Nous y sommes depuis 8 mois déjà et pas envie de bouger du tout !!

I have no words to explain how much I recommend Thai Property Guide and mostly Ms. Marnie.
We move recently to BKK and without having the time to come check the house prior to our move we deeply trust Ms. Marnie & Thai Property Guide signed all the contracts online and check the house through pictures, whatsapp videos, msgs and everything was just perfect, as soon as we landed we drive to our house where Ms. Tao was waiting for us with all the keys and information that we need.
if relocations are stressful moments this company just make your life much easier with the best costumer service you will ever had.

Nous avons été très bien accompagnés par les différentes personnes et d'avoir une interlocutrice française dans l'équipe a été un plus. Toujours disponible, efficace, Carine est à l'écoute et donne au passage une mine d'informations utiles tout azimut au fil des échanges avec le sourire.

Special and specific thanks to Ms. Khun Nita Law. It was a true luck to meet her, following a recommendation from one of the international schools. She helped to navigate through many intricacies not only of the property market but also the overall life in Bangkok the newcomers face. She did it in very open and effective way, was always on call even on very minor issues. We enjoyed the process and definitely felt that Khun Nita with a personal touch goes extra mile to make sure the client gets the option that best fits to his/her needs and feelings. We are so happy with the apartment TPG helped us to find and I would definitely recommend this agency if you are looking for accommodation in Thailand. I e-mailed TPG the day before leaving Europe and impressively they were able to show us apartments just a few hours we touched ground in Bangkok. Khun Tao was our state agent and she was super helpful. We had the opportunity to visit many neighborhoods and apartments and they seemed really knowledgeable. Khun Tao did an outstanding job assessing our needs and reaching out to properties. Again, thanks for making our life easier. Cheers.

I have had many experiences that are stressful and disorganized and today was the complete opposite. I called to Ms. Tao only a day ago and she prepared for me a list of 12 units and organized them and showed up to meet me early....waiting for me with a big smile and kind face!!!!! She was not only friendly and caring she was concerned about me and what I wanted and needed and even reminded me we have many more to see when I was concerned about something missing I wanting for my home. She went far and beyond the call of duty and I also need to mention she has a nice, clean car free of clutter. You would be surprised the experiences I’ve has here and this woman knows what she is doing. I found exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted and I assure you it wasn’t a short list!!!!! I would recommend her to ANYONE wanting a professional who is knowledgeable and helpful in every way!!!!!! Thank you Pi Tao!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Falls wir nocheinmal umziehen auf jeden Fall wieder mit Khun Nita. Sehr empfehlenswert.
