As my request was urgent Khun Tao was even available a Sunday morning and i visited apartments fitting to my criteria which means that i did not lost time for useless visits. Everything was very easy with paperwork and very professional once i found an apartment. Everything went smoothly and I received the contract and supporting documents within 48h. I recommend Khun Tao - very kind, very professional and helpful!

Through quarantine they kept in regular contact and provided me with a number of suggestions based on the criteria they asked for previously. Within a few hours of being released, Apple met me and we started searching, on a Sunday no less.

After going through a few agents, Apple was the first to really understand what we wanted. We signed a lease within a few hours of meeting her and she negotiated extremely hard to ensure that we got the best deal possible. She helped us with signing contracts and setting up our apartment. Since we are from other countries, his knowledge about Bangkok Sathorn area was most helpful.
