While we were in quarantine, we had virtual tours of several properties with her. And after the quarantine, Khun Tao was available to show us again the properties.
Khun Tao made the moving in process very smooth for us and arrange all details.

Khun Apple went above and beyond to help our family in the search for accommodations upon our arrival in Bangkok. It was a daunting task, as we had very specific requirements made by my husband's employer in Thailand in terms of size and budget.

Despite these constraints, Khun Apple found a wide range of rental properties to show us, and never tired of her role as our guide in the busy city. Her work ethic is simply impeccable. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude, her availability, her willingness to accommodate our schedule, and her patience, were all attributes that were immensely appreciated, especially as new expatriates, who were not yet familiar with the city.

Moreover, her respect and kindness with her clients are traits that are invaluable.

Having worked with countless real estate agencies in more than a decade of traveling around the globe on professional assignments with my family, I can honestly say that Khun Apple is a consummate professional, who actually cares about the work she does.

Within a few days from contact, she took me to view several properties and I made my choice that day. I required extra inspections for my residence and she worked diligently to ensure that I could move in a timely manner. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and I was able to move in faster than myself or my colleagues thought I would. I highly recommend Khun Apple for your property needs.

She was very professional from the initial meeting, and provided me a printed list of the properties in which I had expressed an interest, and encouraged me to make notes as we went along. She devoted her entire day to showing me apartments, and was very understanding of my needs and wants. She went out of her way to contact other persons, and arranged very quickly for us to view apartments that were not on the original plan, and for that I am very grateful. She was able to negotiate for additional amenities, and has offered assistance with and advice on all aspects of moving. Khun Tao continues to do an excellent job, and I highly recommend.

She has been not only efficient and precise but also very friendly and welcoming. I have been assisted during the moving in phase and she continues to be really helpful in supporting me with the first steps as new renter, such as Wi-Fi installation and contact with the building management.

Way in advance ThaiPropertyGuide team had selected properties matching our family needs and budget. We had the opportunity to see very varied housings in multiple residences, the team has been very good at explaining the good and less good things about each flat.
We even had the chance to visit an apartment not yet open to the wide market... Which is the one we chose!
And very helpful on the final négociation with property owner and logistics details:)

En une matinée nous trouvé l'appart de nos rêves et ce dès la 1ère visite avec tous les critères que nous avions indiqué et ce n'était pas simple ;-)

She was able to negotiate everything that I asked, for a cumulative savings of 10,000thb per month. I'm very thankful, and will recommend her to anyone incoming for the Embassy or DoD.
