She speaks good English, and really listens to what we are looking for. So she only showed us houses that really aligned with our wishes. She even showed us the neighborhoods around the houses, stopped over to buy some fresh fruits for us. Really perfect, nothing to say, I largely recommend this agency.

Finding a house meeting our expectations (including pet friendly) wasn’t easy, negotiating with the owner and then organizing the handover also. Khun Tao and team have done their job well and are always very helpful. Highly recommended

Wed, 16-Dec-2020 12:59:16 AM (4 years 4 months 9 days ago) We started to consider moving my wife and daughter to Thailand at the beginning of 2019, They showed us houses in Nichada Thani and gave sound advice and then we dropped it all. Then we started a year later, but "thanks" to COVID we could not come to Thailand/Bangkok for the physical house search. We scrolled through the listings and had many questions on properties which we considered affordable. Finally one popped up. We fully trusted in the information provided by TPG and signed a lease having seen only photos of the place and not even knowing WHEN my wife and daughter might be able to move to Thailand. Once they finally arrived, myself unable to get to Thailand to do the setting up of my family, the TPG team was ever helpful in assisting in the setting up and seemingly not losing patience despite the (silly) questions. A great team and it was and is a pleasure having them as the guide, agent, or whatever you want to call it.

She was very professional from the beginning, understood our requirements and our budget from the onset. By Day-2 with Ms. Apple, we had already found our future home.

Ms. Apple also helped us navigate through what to expect, was present and patient before and during our move. The equivalent of “after-sales service” in property renting, was very pleasant as well.

A word on TPG as well, they have a big list of apartments; and a good team that checks the property before the eventual move, ensure all the documentation is in order, and represent client needs.

The entire experience was very consultative and extremely pleasant. We recommend Ms. Apple with high appreciation.
